Use QuarkXPress Style Sheets in Word
Here’s a trick to export style sheets from QuarkXPress for use in Microsoft Word:
- In QuarkXPress, apply your style sheets to some text.
- Select the text or the text box, then choose File> Save Text… and choose either RTF or Microsoft Word as the format.
- In Microsoft Word, open the exported document. The style sheets will be added to Word’s style sheets.
- If you like, you can delete the text and then save the file as a template for your writers.
