Reorder or Copy Pages in Acrobat
Using Acrobat, it’s easy to rearrange pages in a PDF. Just show the Pages panel on the left edge of the document window, and then drag the page thumbnails into a new order.
To copy pages from one PDF to another, just drag their thumbnails from the Pages panel in one PDF to the other.
