Kodak to Sell Imaging Divisions
Eastman Kodak has announced that it will sell its Personalized Imaging and Document Imaging businesses in the first half of 2013. These include the company’s retail print solutions for its 105,000 Kodak Picture Kiosks; the company’s portfolio of photographic paper and still camera film products; and scanners, capture software and services for enterprise customers.
Kodak will continue to operate, in addition to its commercial, packaging and functional printing businesses, its Consumer Inkjet, Entertainment Imaging, Commercial Film and specialty chemicals businesses.
