See Fonts in Real-World Use
www.FontsInUse.com is a brilliant, long-overdue concept for a website: it simply identifies the fonts used in real-world magazines, newspapers, posters, ads, movies, and other recognizable sources. When you click on an example, you’re taken to a description of the item where the font is used, and a description/history of the font. You can even add your own comments to each entry.
For font freaks like me, it’s a tremendous source of inspiration and education.
The project is led by font aficionados Sam Berlow, Stephen Coles, and Nick Sherman.
