Track All Your Prints with PrintCapture
CaptureWorks’ PrintCapture ($109) keeps track of how many prints were made to each printer, for which client and project, and at what time and date. It also tracks whether the print was in color or not, the application used, the document name and user name, page size, print area, paper type, and any additional comments added by the user.
Its log can be viewed or imported into any database or spreadsheet for easier billing. It also includes a viewer utility that lets you enter billing rates, which it uses to calculate billing totals for a job.
If you bill for your prints, PrintCapture will pay for itself very quickly, and then increase your profit.
