I’ve written several times about CopyFlow Gold, a powerful XTension for QuarkXPress that automates importing and exporting text and pictures in layouts.
Now there’s a brief, enlightening video tutorial that shows exactly how it works, with examples of its uses. For example:
- Export text from your layout to be translated or updated elsewhere, then reimport it with all formatting intact.
- Export as HTML for use in Dreamweaver or other HTML editors.
- Export catalogs for use in a database.
