Preview Colors on Items by Dragging from the Colors Palette
In QuarkXPress, you can drag colors from the Colors palette onto any item to preview how that item looks in that color. You can drag onto the item itself, or onto its frame, and either the item or the frame will take on the new color. If you like what you see, just drop the color and the item will take on that color.
In the illustration, I’m dragging a blue swatch onto a red item.
