Typing in ALL CAPS in QuarkXPress isn’t the best idea. Instead, type in lower case, then use the case-shifting tools to format the text.
The All Caps style can be toggled on and off by pressing Shift-Command-K or pressing the K icon in the Measurements palette. Other case options are available in QuarkXPress 7 at Style> Change Case.
Tip: Title Case is great for headlines.
