Convert Your Fonts to OpenType
Want to convert your font files to the cross-platform OpenType format? FontLab’s TransType Pro does a professional job of converting PostScript and TrueType fonts to OpenType format, so you can use the same font file on Macintosh and Windows. It costs $179.
Adobe’s End User License Agreement allows you to use a purchased font on up to five computers in your office, so it’s completely legal to use the converted OpenType fonts on any combination of up to five Mac and Windows computers in your office. Other font developers may have different rules, so be sure to check with them before converting their fonts.
