If you hold down the Option key (Win: Alt key) when opening a QuarkXPress document or project, QuarkXPress will rebuild the file as it opens it.
This trick comes in handy when you have problems opening a project. It’s also the best way to open an older QuarkXPress document in a newer version of QuarkXPress.
