Ctrl+click (Mac OS) or right+click (Windows) in the Style Sheets palette to display a context menu for creating a new style sheet or editing, duplicating, or deleting the style sheet you clicked.

Command+click (Mac OS) or Ctrl+click (Windows) on any paragraph or character style sheet name in the Style Sheets palette to open the Edit dialog box for that style.
