QuarkXPress for Mac OS X has a Scripts menu that lets you run AppleScripts within QuarkXPress.
Quark provides 25 useful scripts, including one that divides a box into a grid of smaller picture boxes, one that fills picture boxes with pictures from any folder, one that creates crop marks around an item or group of items, and one that adds the file name of the picture under the picture box.
