Compare Style Sheets in QuarkXPress

Learn, Tip

In QuarkXPress, you can compare the definitions of two Style Sheets by choosing Edit> Style Sheets. Then hold down the Command key and select both styles in the Style Sheets dialog box. (Windows: Ctrl)

The secret is to then hold down the Option/Alt key – the Append button will change to Compare. Click it and XPress will show each Style’s definition, with their differences highlighted in bold type. In this example, the Leading value is different.
