This trick works only on Macs: Click on the page navigation arrow at the bottom of the Project window, then press the Up arrow key on your keyboard to see visual thumbnails of each page.

Thumbnails, including Master pages!
Press the Up and Down arrows to make the thumbnails bigger and smaller. Click on a thumbnail to go to that page. Click on the arrows to scroll through longer documents. It will even show your Master pages and let you navigate to them!
